For personal blog, yes. I've never really wanted to mess with the internals
and I've never been slashdotted so it has been fine for me. I upgrade
regularly and It Just Works.

I've found CMS Made Simple to be great for brochureware CMS rollouts though
some of the plugins can be ropey. Community is good too.

I hear good things about Drupal.
